Opening Ceremony of 2021 Sports Sessions Held

On Nov. 5th, the opening ceremony of CCNU 2021 Sports Sessions was held in Youming Stadium. Chairman of University Council Zhao Lingyun, President Hao Fanghua, Vice President Peng Nansheng, Peng Shuangjie and heads of all the departments and colleges attended.

Vice President Peng Shuangjie presided over the ceremony.

National Flag Guards escorted the flag into stadium.

It is my 4th year in CCNU and 2nd time to join the opening ceremony. As a student in the School of Politics and International Studies, I will parade twice. First with students from School of Politics and International Studies and again with international students.

I really expect to know more people because our College of International Cultural Exchange is usually separated from other colleges. Probably the sports meeting can bring us together. And I hope we can cross the barrier of language this time and enjoy ourselves. And I also hope to interact more with Chinese students.

This is my third time to join in the sports sessions in CCNU. I am looking forward to the dance performances at the opening ceremony this year. And the most unforgettable experience for me is taking part in the parade. The audience are enthusiastic and everything is really interesting.

I am really excited about the sports sessions. Many people are wearing beautiful costumes, which add more fun and joy to it. Besides, most of my friends will participate in the sports events, and I am ready to cheer for them and give them strong support.
